I tried paying twice and both times the checkout page just froze on me. No clear error message, nothing helpful. Then when I refreshed, my cart was empty. Like, give me a break. Such a frustrating waste of time

I bought a small piece and I felt kind of ripped off. It looks decent, but for the price I expected a lot more. The quality just doesnt really match what it costs, so I wouldnt buy it again.

I’ll be honest, it looked really nice when I first got it, so I was happy at the start. But it just didn’t last long at all, which was really disappointing. Like, how is this okay when something looks fine but starts wearing out so quickly?

My order showed up way later than I expected, haha. The tracking barely updated the whole time, so I had no idea where it was, and support just kept telling me to wait. Frustrating overall.

I ordered this a while ago, or maybe it just felt like a while because I kept checking for it, but when it finally showed up, the packaging was disappointing. It came in this plain, kind of messy box with no real care put into it. For the price, I expected it to look a lot nicer.

The colour looked really different on the website compared to what arrived. I was expecting a soft sage green, but in person it looked more like a dull grey-green, so it didn’t really work for what I bought it for. I felt a bit trapped because it was already here and I’d planned everything around that colour. For the price, it was disappointing. I’d be hesitant to order again unless the photos are more accurate.

I was looking around dinosaurdesigns.com.au for a gift the products themselves looked really nice. But the website was a bit of a pain for me. Some pages took longer than I expected to load, and a few images didn’t pop up right away, which made browsing feel kind of stop-start.

The menu was fine enough, but trying to filter through items wasn’t as smooth as I hoped. I kept clicking back and forth just to compare options, and compared to other sites I’ve used, it felt... well, just not as easy as it should’ve been.

I still like the look of their pieces, so I’d probably give it another try later. But for a first visit, the site made the whole thing more annoying than fun, especially when I was just trying to find a nice gift without overthinking it.

I’m tired of dealing with stuff like this. The ring fit was awful and didn’t feel true to size at all. I was hoping it would be simple, but now it’s just another return/exchange situation I don’t really have the energy for.

I bought these earrings because they looked really nice, they do. But wow. They are way too heavy for me. After about 20 minutes my ears were already hurting and I had to take them off. Disappointing. For the price, I expected them to be a lot more comfortable.

The finish just didn’t feel great to me. The edges were rough, and it made the whole thing seem kind of cheaply done. I thought about contacting customer service, but i don’t really trust that they’d do much besides give me the runaround
